核心原因：连接生命周期与"wt"模式的截断行为 #

虽然file文档明确"w"与"wt"模式等价：

‘"w"’ or ‘"wt"’ Open for writing in text mode.

但两者的本质差异在于连接的打开/关闭时机：

1. 示例1中，file("test.txt")使用默认open=""，属于延迟打开连接，根据file文档：

The mode of a connection is determined when actually opened, which is deferred if ‘open = ""’ is given.

而writeLines的文档规则是：

If the connection is open it is written from its current position. If it is not open, it is opened for the duration of the call in ‘"wt"’ mode and then closed again.

也就是说，每次调用writeLines时，连接都是关闭状态，会临时以"wt"模式打开文件，写入后立刻关闭。而"wt"模式的核心行为是：打开文件时如果文件已存在，会截断清空原有内容。因此第一次写入"1"后关闭文件，第二次写入时会重新打开并清空文件，最终只保留最后一次写入的"2"。

2. 示例2中，file("test.txt","w")提前打开了连接，且连接保持打开状态直到调用close(fh)。两次writeLines都在同一个已打开的连接上操作，不会触发"打开-写入-关闭"的循环，而是从当前文件位置追加写入，因此两行内容都能保留。
