Goa框架中如何用基础类型作为路由路径参数？

当使用goa.design将自定义基础类型作为路由路径参数时，若直接将类型作为方法Payload，会触发Route param "XXX" not found in method payload错误——这是因为goa无法自动将路径占位符与单一值类型的Payload关联。以下是两种正确实现方式，均能保证最终生成type InstanceID int的目标类型：

方式一：显式绑定路径参数到Payload #
