核心问题 #

1. 子集合控件不在表单范围内：你的视图里Experience输入表格写在了<form>标签外部，表单提交时只会发送form内部的表单元素，后端自然无法接收到Experiences的数据。
2. 表单未指定POST方法：原表单没设置method="post"，默认是GET请求，虽ASP.NET Core路由可能匹配到HttpPost的Action，但不符合规范且易引发问题。

1. 确保已正确注入DbContext（你的代码中_context需已完成依赖注入）。
2. 若表单未传递ApplicantId，可在保存前手动关联：
