问题描述
在完成《Rust编程圣经》第8章练习时,执行*entry.push(name)代码触发编译错误:
error[E0614]: type `()` cannot be dereferenced --> src/main.rs:36:17 | 36 | *entry.push(name) | ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^
同时VSCode的Rust Analyzer显示entry的类型为&mut Vec<&&str>,怀疑双重引用是问题根源。
错误原因分析
解引用操作的逻辑错误:
Rust中方法调用(.)优先级高于解引用(*),所以*entry.push(name)实际是先执行entry.push(name),再对返回值解引用。但Vec::push方法的返回值是()(空单元类型),对()解引用完全非法,这才是触发E0614错误的直接原因。双重引用
&&str的由来:
代码中split_command是从局部变量command(每次循环都会重新创建)拆分出的Vec<&str>,name的生命周期仅局限于当前循环迭代。而store定义在循环外,生命周期远长于command。编译器为了满足生命周期约束,自动将name的引用层级提升为&&str,但这并非当前编译错误的核心原因,属于后续需要调整的潜在问题。
修复步骤
第一步:修正解引用错误
不需要对entry进行解引用,因为entry是&mut Vec<...>类型,Rust会自动通过解引用强制转换将&mut Vec转换为Vec的可变引用,直接调用push方法即可:

第二步:解决生命周期与双重引用问题
