• Hosted Service是后台服务，无关联HttpContext，无法获取请求域名信息
• 应用可能部署在反向代理后，外部访问地址与应用监听地址不一致，自动获取的地址无效

因此，配置化Base URI是最优解，可确保链接在任何环境下都正确。
