PyInstaller打包后Tkinter按钮功能失效求助（RHEL 8.8）

在Redhat RHEL Server 8.8系统上用Python3开发的Tkinter应用，源码运行时功能完全正常，但通过PyInstaller编译为独立程序后，按钮功能异常。应用可正常启动且无报错信息，但点击按钮无法触发预期操作。

1. 全局变量未初始化 #

原代码中runAfi仅在run_afi函数内声明全局变量但未在全局作用域初始化，若未点击「运行Afi文件」就点击「终止进程」会触发未定义变量错误，打包后错误被静默处理导致按钮无响应。修复：在全局作用域添加runAfi = None，并在stop_afi中先判断进程是否存在且未结束。

2. Subprocess命令路径问题 #

源码运行时依赖系统环境变量找到eclrun，但打包后的独立程序可能无法继承完整环境变量，导致无法找到命令。修复：使用eclrun的绝对路径（可通过which eclrun命令获取）替换代码中的"eclrun"。

3. 错误捕获缺失 #

原代码未捕获subprocess执行时的异常，打包后错误无法输出，难以排查问题。修复：在run_afi中添加try-except块捕获异常，并将错误信息写入文本框方便调试。

4. PyInstaller打包参数建议 #

在RHEL 8.8上打包时，建议使用以下命令：

pyinstaller --onedir --console --name ix_launcher your_script.py

• --onedir：生成目录形式的打包结果，比单文件更稳定，便于调试依赖问题；
• --console：保留控制台窗口，可查看程序运行时的报错信息；
• 若需要无控制台的窗口程序，可替换为--windowed，但需确保所有错误都能通过GUI展示。
