执行docker-compose up -d --build构建镜像时遇拉取权限不足问题

执行docker-compose up -d --build构建镜像时，遇到如下错误：

pull access denied, repository does not exist or may require authorization: server message: insufficient_scope: authorization failed (did you mean buid?)

构建输出显示Docker构建过程在加载镜像"docker.io/library/build:latest"的元数据时出错，提示拉取指定镜像时存在问题。

已尝试修改Docker配置（如下截图），但问题仍未解决。
