问题根源是你手动生成了labels列表并传入bar_label，此时fmt参数会被忽略——matplotlib会直接使用你提供的标签文本，不再执行格式化。可以通过两种方式修复：

方式一：在生成标签时直接格式化数值

修改labels的生成逻辑，对高度值应用千位分隔格式化：
