本地正常的API部署Heroku后无法连接MongoDB,报插入超时错误

我开发了一款基于Express和Mongoose的应用,本地运行时可正常向MongoDB写入数据,但部署到Heroku后无法正常工作,出现错误:"error": "Operation \users.insertOne()` buffering timed out after 10000ms"`。已尝试配置Heroku的环境变量(添加带引号和不带引号的MongoDB连接字符串),问题仍未解决,想请教问题出在哪里?
排查方向与解决方案
1. MongoDB Atlas IP白名单限制
Heroku服务器IP是动态分配的,若MongoDB Atlas的IP白名单仅添加了本地IP,会导致Heroku无法连接数据库。解决方法:
- 登录MongoDB Atlas控制台,进入对应集群的Network Access设置
- 添加
0.0.0.0/0(允许所有IP访问),或使用"Allow access from anywhere"选项
2. Heroku环境变量配置错误
- 执行
heroku config:get DB_URL命令,确认Heroku上的连接字符串与本地.env中的值完全一致(不要带引号,Heroku环境变量设置时无需添加引号,引号会被当作字符串的一部分导致连接失败) - 确保

3. Mongoose连接逻辑问题
当前代码中dbConnect()是异步函数,但未等待连接完成就启动服务(若启动代码未显式等待),导致请求到达时数据库还未建立连接,触发缓冲超时。修改方式:
