Flutter中如何从Firestore查询结果排除最新文档？

有两种可行的方法实现需求，分别从客户端数据处理和Firestore查询层面入手：

方法一：客户端处理流数据（简单直接） #

直接在Dart中对Firestore返回的流做过滤，跳过第一个（最新的）文档，代码修改如下：

方法二：Firestore查询层面过滤 #

如果希望从数据库层面就只返回排除最新文档后的结果，可以先获取最新文档的引用，再通过startAfterDocument查询后续内容：

使用时直接调用getPostsExcludingLatest()作为流即可。注意这种方法需要先发起一次查询获取最新文档，当有新的最新文档生成时，需要重新调用该方法才能更新过滤后的流，适合数据更新频率较低的场景。
