解决步骤 #

1. 确认MongoDB服务已启动 #

• Windows：按下Win+R输入services.msc，找到MongoDB服务，确认状态为「正在运行」，未运行则右键启动。
• macOS/Linux：执行sudo systemctl start mongod启动服务，再用sudo systemctl status mongod确认运行状态。

2. 强制使用IPv4地址连接 #

将连接URI从mongodb://localhost:27017/local改为mongodb://127.0.0.1:27017/local。Node.js v18默认优先将localhost解析为IPv6地址::1，而MongoDB默认可能仅监听IPv4的127.0.0.1，导致连接被拒绝。

3. 检查MongoDB监听配置 #

找到MongoDB配置文件（Windows路径一般为C:\Program Files\MongoDB\Server\6.0\bin\mongod.cfg；macOS/Linux为/etc/mongod.conf）：

• 查找net段的bindIp配置，确保包含127.0.0.1；若需要支持IPv6，可改为bindIp: 127.0.0.1,::1，或设置bindIpAll: true允许所有IP访问。
• 修改配置后重启MongoDB服务生效。

4. 升级MongoDB驱动至兼容版本 #

执行npm install mongodb@latest安装最新版驱动，确保与Node.js v18、MongoDB 6.x版本完全兼容。

5. 适配新版驱动的脚本写法（可选） #

旧版回调写法仍可运行，但推荐使用Promise/async/await的现代写法，更易维护：
