现有medicalData数组里的testDates是ISO日期字符串数组，但MongoDB Schema定义testDates为Date类型数组，需要把字符串转成Date对象后存入数据库，保证存储类型符合预期。

处理方案 #

1. 转换medicalData中的日期字符串 #

在medical.service.ts里遍历medicalData数组，将每一项的testDates字符串数组逐个转为Date对象：
