ggplot2中geom_rect的fill与color区分失效问题求助

问题场景 #

用ggplot2绘制矩形时，想要实现两种配色规则：

• 填充色（fill）按Community字段区分，设为黑色/灰色
• 边框色（color）按Species字段匹配对应配色
  但因边框线宽（linewidth）设置过大，导致边框完全遮盖了填充色，看不到预期的填充效果。

解决方案 #

把填充层和边框层分开绘制，让两者完全独立：

1. 先画一层仅显示填充色的矩形，将边框设为透明避免干扰
2. 再画一层仅显示边框的矩形，将填充设为透明，同时调整合适的线宽
   两层使用相同的position_dodge参数，保证位置完全对齐。
