JPA(Hibernate)中orphanRemoval不生效问题求助

我在基于Spring Boot、JPA/Hibernate（PostgreSQL数据库）的项目中，已在@OneToMany注解里设置orphanRemoval = true，但从Content实体的ratings集合中移除ContentRating对象时，Hibernate并未执行DELETE语句。

问题原因分析 #

1. 缺少事务上下文：修改集合元素的操作不在@Transactional注解修饰的方法内。Spring Data JPA的查询操作默认在事务中，但变更操作（如移除子实体）需要显式事务支持，否则Hibernate不会自动同步变更到数据库，也就不会触发DELETE语句。
2. 双向关联维护顺序错误：先从父集合移除子实体，再设置子实体的关联为null。正确的双向关联维护应该先更新子实体的content属性为null，再从父集合中移除元素，否则可能导致Hibernate无法识别该实体已成为孤儿。
3. hashCode/equals实现缺失：List的remove方法依赖equals判断元素是否存在，如果ContentRating的equals方法未正确实现（比如仅基于id判断），可能导致元素并未真正从集合中被移除，orphanRemoval自然不会生效。
4. 会话未触发刷新：默认的FlushMode为AUTO，但如果代码执行完后会话立即关闭且未提交事务，Hibernate可能不会主动刷新会话中的变更，导致SQL未执行。
