修改回环路由后Ping 127.0.0.1失败，如何重启软件回环接口？

解决方案 #

无需重启系统即可重启软件环回接口，有两种可行方法：

方法1：使用netsh命令重置协议 #

以管理员身份打开命令提示符或PowerShell，依次执行：

# 卸载环回接口的IPv4协议
netsh interface ipv4 uninstall interface "Software Loopback Interface 1"
# 重新安装IPv4协议
netsh interface ipv4 install interface "Software Loopback Interface 1"

若上述命令无效，可重置整个网络栈（会重置所有网络接口配置）：

netsh int ip reset
netsh winsock reset

方法2：通过设备管理器启停接口 #

1. 打开设备管理器，展开「网络适配器」
