报错“仓库不允许Pull Request自动合并”，如何启用该功能？

执行gh pr merge --merge --auto "33"时出现如下报错：

启用Pull Request自动合并功能的操作步骤：

• 打开目标仓库主页，点击顶部的「Settings」（设置）选项卡
• 向下滚动找到「Pull Requests」（拉取请求）板块
• 在该板块中找到「Allow auto-merge」（允许自动合并）选项并勾选
• 滚动到页面底部，点击「Save changes」（保存更改）完成设置
