Anaconda Navigator无法启动Jupyter Notebook求助

• 经济学专业编程新手，无编程基础，正在学习Python，刚完成Anaconda安装
• 因C盘用户名包含空格，将Anaconda安装在C:\Anaconda目录，安装时以管理员身份运行程序
• 从Anaconda Navigator启动Jupyter Notebook时，仅显示“Launching notebook”加载提示后无任何反应
• 尝试过相关问题的解决方案但无效，通过Anaconda Prompt启动时出现以下提示信息：

Read the migration plan to Notebook 7 to learn about the new features and the actions to take if you are using extensions.
