Ubuntu 22.04下pip无法更新TBB：distutils安装项目问题求助

问题背景 #

已完成所有PyPi包的全面更新，解决了其他依赖问题，仅剩DAAL的TBB版本冲突：DAAL要求tbb==2021.*，但当前安装的是TBB 0.2。强制安装DAAL后，怀疑部分功能可能受TBB依赖影响，尝试正常安装DAAL或更新TBB时触发如下错误。

• 卸载系统原生libtbb-dev后重装兼容版本：

  sudo apt install libtbb-dev
  

  安装成功，但pip的错误提示未改变。
• 尝试使用easy_install，但pip安装后无法在Python中导入，且Ubuntu无法识别该命令。
