如何实现Subscription与Orders、Appointments的多态关联？

进阶优化（可选） #

如果需要对subscribables做分页、筛选等数据库级操作，用SQL合并查询代替内存拼接，避免性能问题：

  Order.where(subscribable: self).union(Appointment.where(subscribable: self))
end

返回的是ActiveRecord关系对象，支持链式调用page(1)、where(status: "completed")等方法。

清理错误字段（如果之前加错了） #

如果之前错误地在Subscription表加了subscribable_id和subscribable_type，可以生成迁移移除：
