问题根源 #

正向删除下拉选项时，每删除一个元素，后续元素会自动向前移位，导致索引错位。比如你原本要删除索引0、2、3的选项：

1. 删除索引0后，原索引2的元素会变成索引1
2. 后续再删除索引2时，实际操作的是原索引3的元素
3. 原索引2的元素（第3个选项）因此被跳过，最终未被删除

解决方法 #

方法1：倒序遍历删除索引

把要删除的索引按从大到小排序，先删除大索引的元素，这样不会影响小索引元素的位置：
