ggplot facet_wrap+theme_classic下部分标签边框加粗问题的解决方法

这其实是ggplot搭配默认EPS导出设备时的渲染bug：当用facet_wrap设置多行/多列排列时，相邻facet的标签背景边框会被重复绘制，导致部分标签边框视觉上变粗。而RStudio查看器的渲染机制和EPS导出不同，所以不会出现这个问题。你尝试的theme(strip.background = element_rect(linewidth = xxx))无效，是因为默认postscript设备的重复绘制叠加了线条，不是线条本身宽度的问题。

解决方法 #

• 方案1：使用cairo_ps设备导出EPS
  改用cairo_ps设备替代默认的postscript设备，它的渲染逻辑更稳定，能避免边框重复绘制的问题：
