TypeScript错误原因及修复：IApiRest接口索引签名类型冲突

TypeScript的索引签名有严格的类型约束：接口中所有明确声明的属性，类型必须和索引签名的类型完全匹配。你定义的[key: string]: IApiMethod意味着任意字符串键对应的属性值都必须是IApiMethod类型，但你声明的index、create等属性是可选的（带?），它们的实际类型是IApiMethod | undefined，和索引签名的IApiMethod类型冲突，所以编译器抛出错误。

• 调整索引签名类型，包含undefined
