WPF DataGrid禁用行选中但保留RowHeader可交互的实现方法

不要直接给DataGridRow设置IsHitTestVisible="False"，这会导致行头元素也失去交互能力。推荐通过重写行模板，只禁用行内容区域的选中触发来实现需求：

方法一：自定义DataGridRow模板（推荐） #

通过修改行模板，让行的内容区域不响应命中测试，同时保留行头的交互权限。XAML示例如下：

原理说明 #

• 行头部分（DataGridRowHeader）保持默认的IsHitTestVisible值（默认为True），因此里面的TextBox可以正常编辑。
• 行内容区域的ContentPresenter被设置为IsHitTestVisible="False"，点击这部分不会触发行选中操作。
• 通过触发器清除选中状态的样式，确保即使意外触发选中，也不会有视觉上的选中反馈。

方法二：通过事件取消选中（不推荐） #

如果不想修改模板，可以在SelectionChanged事件中强制取消选中，但这种方法会有短暂的选中闪烁，体验不如模板方法：
