SSMS中SSIS执行报表无法加载及VS无法运行SSIS包问题求助

近期无法在SSMS中查看所有SSIS包的执行报表，同时在Visual Studio中也无法运行SSIS包。已按照网上建议重装SSMS至19.1版本，并更新了.NET，但问题仍未解决。

在SSMS中尝试查看执行报表时，出现如下错误：

加载表达式宿主程序集失败。详细信息：无法加载文件或程序集“从Microsoft.ReportViewer.Common, Version=15.0.0.0, 区域性=中性, 公钥令牌=89845dcd8080cc91加载的35840字节”或它的某一个依赖项。HRESULT: 0xD0000003 异常 (Microsoft.ReportViewer.Common)
