1. 上传文件时设置缓存标头（推荐） #

在putObject请求中添加CacheControl参数，直接为文件设置永久缓存规则，适合静态图片这类不常变更的资源：

2. 生成预签名URL时指定缓存标头 #

如果无法修改上传逻辑，可在生成预签名URL的GetObject命令中添加CacheControl参数，让返回的响应带上缓存头：
