Flutter保存PDF至Android高版本失败，路径创建异常求助

• 若坚持要在根目录创建HomeSchooling文件夹，需申请MANAGE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE特殊权限，但该权限需要用户手动去设置授权，且Google Play可能限制这类应用上架，不推荐普通场景使用。
