如何为Tkinter Treeview配置横向滚动条？解决滚动失效问题

我在Treeview的Description列插入了长字符串，期望通过配置的横向滚动条滚动查看完整内容，但该功能无法正常工作。仅当执行以下两种操作之一时，滚动条才能生效：

• 将Description列的宽度设置为2000这类极大值
• 给root窗口设置固定几何尺寸
