TeamCity命令行Bat构建步骤环境参数传递异常排查

使用TeamCity 2023.05.2（build 129341）版本，Unity项目的Unity构建步骤运行正常，但后续执行复制构建文件夹的.bat脚本时，提示源文件夹不存在。
