Mac M1芯片运行Nextflow-Eager流程Docker适配问题求助

1. 启用Docker的Rosetta模拟支持 #

• 打开Docker Desktop，进入Settings > Features in development
• 勾选Use Rosetta for x86/amd64 emulation on Apple Silicon
• 重启Docker Desktop生效

2. 确保Nextflow的Docker平台配置正确 #

之前的配置可能因shell变量解析问题未生效，修改~/.nextflow/config为：

docker {
    runOptions = '-u $(id -u):$(id -g) --platform=linux/amd64'
}

或者直接在运行命令时指定，避免配置文件的变量解析问题：

nextflow run nf-core/eager -r 2.4.6 -profile test,docker --docker.runOptions '-u $(id -u):$(id -g) --platform=linux/amd64'

3. 延长进程超时时间 #

amd64镜像在M1上的模拟运行速度较慢，测试流程默认10分钟的超时不足以完成任务。可以：

• 临时在命令行添加超时参数：

nextflow run nf-core/eager -r 2.4.6 -profile test,docker --docker.runOptions '-u $(id -u):$(id -g) --platform=linux/amd64' --process.timeout 30m

• 或者在~/.nextflow/config中全局设置：

process {
    timeout = '30m'
}

4. 尝试使用支持ARM64的流程版本 #

nf-core/eager的3.x及以上版本已支持多平台Docker镜像（包含arm64），无需模拟运行，速度更快。尝试升级到最新稳定版：

nextflow run nf-core/eager -r latest -profile test,docker

如果必须使用2.4.6版本，可自行构建arm64镜像：

1. 克隆流程仓库并切换版本：

git clone https://github.com/nf-core/eager.git && cd eager && git checkout 2.4.6

2. 构建arm64镜像：

docker build --platform linux/arm64/v8 -t nfcore/eager:2.4.6 .

3. 运行流程时指定本地镜像：

nextflow run nf-core/eager -r 2.4.6 -profile test,docker --docker.container nfcore/eager:2.4.6
