Woocommerce临时购物车税费首次请求计算异常

这个异常的核心是Woocommerce购物车的税费计算依赖内部缓存机制：

• 你仅更新了WC()->customer的账单/收货地址，但购物车（WC_Cart）自身的地址缓存和税费计算状态未同步更新；
• 首次点击「计算运费」时，购物车仍基于旧缓存计算税费，因此返回空结果；
• 第二次请求时，购物车已读取到更新后的客户地址，缓存完成刷新，所以能返回正确税费。

无需发起两次冗余的AJAX请求，只需在设置客户地址后，同步更新购物车地址并触发强制计算即可，具体代码如下：
