RESTEasy应用在Tomcat 8.5正常，Tomcat 10.1中报404错误

完全复刻RESTEasy教程步骤创建的项目，在Tomcat v8.5中可正常运行，但部署到Tomcat v10.1时请求API返回404错误，提示：The requested resource [/resteasy-helloworld-example/restapi/hello] is not available，无其他具体错误提示。
