Azure DevOps构建流水线安装unzip等工具遇权限及命令缺失问题

在Ubuntu托管代理上运行Azure DevOps构建流水线时，需要安装unzip工具，却遇到以下问题：

• 直接调用unzip提示命令不存在：

unzip: command not found

• 用apt-get install -y unzip安装时，触发权限错误：

Could not open lock file /var/lib/dpkg/lock-frontend - open (13: Permission denied)

• 尝试用sudo apt-get install -y unzip，发现sudo未安装：

sudo: command not found

原因排查 #

后续确认：该问题仅在使用自定义容器镜像作为代理环境时出现。默认的Ubuntu托管代理（无容器配置）本身已经预装了sudo和unzip，无需额外安装。

解决方案 #

方案1：移除容器配置（推荐，若无需容器） #

直接删除流水线中指定容器的配置，使用默认的Ubuntu托管代理，此时sudo和unzip均已存在，可直接使用。

方案2：针对容器环境的处理 #

如果必须使用容器镜像，可通过两种方式解决：

• 预安装依赖到容器镜像：在构建自定义容器的Dockerfile中加入以下指令，将sudo和unzip提前打包进镜像：

RUN apt-get update && apt-get install -y sudo unzip

流水线直接使用该自定义镜像即可，无需再安装。

• 以root身份直接安装：多数容器默认以root用户运行，无需sudo，直接执行安装命令：
