Symfony Bundle修改packages下YAML配置后值不更新问题

修改EntityTablesExtension::load方法，仅在配置文件不存在时才初始化写入默认配置，不要每次都覆盖：

删除entity-tables-bundle/src/Resources/config/entity_tables.yaml中的硬编码参数定义，因为现在参数值会从合并后的用户配置/默认值中动态获取：

3. 规范Twig配置（可选但推荐） #

不要手动修改项目的twig.yaml，改用Bundle扩展的方式自动合并Twig配置：

3. 运行bin/console debug:container --parameters | grep entity_tables.currency，此时参数值应显示为$
