这个错误的核心原因是Atlas Search的$search阶段必须作为聚合管道的第一个阶段执行，但实际场景中可能存在以下隐藏问题，对应解决步骤如下：

1. 确保`$search`是管道的第一个阶段

检查代码中是否有其他阶段被无意添加到$search之前，比如Mongoose的某些插件（如软删除插件）会自动注入$match等前置阶段。
确认aggregate数组的首元素就是$search，没有任何前置操作。如果有插件干扰，可以临时禁用插件后测试。

2. 验证搜索索引的有效性

登录MongoDB Atlas控制台，确认indexes.USERS_SEARCH_INDEX对应的是Atlas Search索引（不是普通MongoDB索引），且索引已成功创建。
检查索引映射配置，确保你要搜索的字段路径（如profile.first_name）已被正确包含在索引的fields定义中。

3. 排查Mongoose中间件干扰

如果使用Mongoose，尝试绕过Mongoose模型，直接用MongoDB原生驱动执行聚合，排除中间件的影响：
