解决方案 #

问题根源 #

问题出在db2cmd /i的参数行为：/i开启交互模式，导致db2cmd在启动other.bat后直接异步返回，父批处理进程因此提前结束，触发C#中进程的Exited事件；而WaitForExit()阻塞则是因为输出缓冲区未被及时清空，进程退出后仍有未读取的输出残留，导致程序挂起。

修正步骤 #

1. 修改批处理文件，确保父进程等待子进程完成
   将db2cmd的参数从/i改为/c，强制db2cmd同步执行指定批处理并等待其完成后再返回：

/c参数会让db2cmd执行完引号内的命令后才退出，保证父批处理不会在内部进程结束前终止。

2. 优化C#代码的输出读取逻辑，避免阻塞
   改用异步读取输出的方式，确保所有输出都被处理完毕后再等待进程退出，避免缓冲区阻塞：
