如何通过Acumatica Web Service将PO Receipt添加至Landed Cost

我正在解决进口部门创建Landed Cost时的人为错误问题，因此在现有内部工具中新增了模块：读取XML文件生成JSON，再调用对应Web Service。工具运行正常，但无法添加选中的Purchase Receipt（LC标签页需通过按钮添加收据，我通过查询收据信息并将行数据追加至JSON）。

我检查已创建的Landed Cost，发现收据并未添加成功。查询用的链接及参数如下：
