Azure Functions Service Bus触发器自动锁续期配置不生效问题排查

使用Azure Functions Runtime 4 + .NET 7 Isolated模式开发Service Bus触发器函数，函数运行时长需1小时，但无论在host.json中配置maxAutoLockRenewalDuration还是maxAutoRenewDuration，均未生效——消息始终按Service Bus主题订阅设置的5分钟锁时长超时。

1. host.json配置结构不符合Isolated模式要求 #

.NET 7 Isolated模式与In-process模式的Service Bus配置结构存在明确差异：

• In-process模式使用extensions.serviceBus.messageHandlerOptions.maxAutoRenewDuration
• Isolated模式需直接在extensions.serviceBus层级下配置maxAutoLockRenewalDuration，不需要嵌套messageHandlerOptions，且配置项名称固定为maxAutoLockRenewalDuration

正确的host.json配置应为：

2. 配置加载逻辑未正确读取host.json #

自定义ConfigureAppConfiguration时，Azure Functions Isolated模式不会自动加载host.json，你的代码中未显式将host.json加入配置构建流程，导致host.json的配置从未被加载到应用配置池中。

需修改配置加载代码，先添加host.json的加载逻辑：

3. 额外注意事项 #

• 确认Service Bus主题订阅的LockDuration设置：自动续锁的前提是客户端在单次锁到期前发起续锁请求（默认续锁间隔为锁时长的1/3）。若LockDuration设为5分钟，客户端会每约100秒尝试续锁一次，只要函数进程正常运行，就能持续续锁至maxAutoLockRenewalDuration设定的时长。
• 避免函数进程意外终止：若函数运行期间进程崩溃或被平台回收，续锁操作会立即停止，消息会在5分钟后解锁并重新投递。
