1. 配置Electron专属镜像（关键步骤） #

Electron安装时会单独下载二进制包，该流程不受npm registry配置影响，需单独设置Electron镜像：

• 临时生效（当前终端）：

  set ELECTRON_MIRROR=https://npmmirror.com/mirrors/electron/
