Android前台服务同ID通知无法自动取消/滑动消失原因咨询

  调用StartForeground()后，对应ID的通知会被系统标记为前台服务绑定通知。后续即便用相同ID调用notificationManager.Notify()更新通知，系统仍会保留它的前台服务属性——前台服务通知默认不可滑动清除，你设置的SetAutoCancel(true)和SetOngoing(false)会被系统忽略。只有停止前台服务（调用StopForeground(true)）后，这个ID的通知才会恢复普通通知的可清除属性。

  1. 使用不同的通知ID：给区域提醒通知分配一个全新的ID（比如AREA_ALERT_NOTIFICATION_ID），和前台服务的NOTIFICATION_SERVICE_ID区分开。这样两个通知相互独立，区域提醒通知可以正常滑动清除、点击自动取消。
  2. 先停止前台服务再更新（不推荐）：如果一定要复用同一个ID，需要先调用StopForeground(true)移除前台服务绑定，再调用Notify()更新通知。但这会取消位置监控的前台服务状态，不符合你的需求，因此不建议采用。
