问题背景 #

使用WhatsApp Cloud API发送带文档的模板消息时触发上述132001错误，提示模板名称airline_ticketcopy在en_GB语言的翻译中不存在。已核对代码与模板名称一致，且模板处于「Active – Quality pending」状态，但问题仍未解决。

解决步骤 #

• 确认模板en_GB语言版本存在：在Meta Business Manager的WhatsApp模板管理页，检查该模板是否添加了en_GB的翻译，有可能只创建了其他语言版本，或翻译未成功保存。
• 严格匹配模板名称：确保代码中<TEMPLATE NAME>的拼写、大小写、下划线与实际模板名称完全一致（错误提示中是airline_ticketcopy，别留占位符）。
• 等待模板完全审核：即使模板显示「Active – Quality pending」，部分API调用权限可能需要审核完成后才生效，建议等待1-2小时后重试。
• 核对namespace正确性：代码里的<TEMPLATE NAME SPACE>必须和模板所属的namespace完全匹配，namespace错误会导致系统找不到模板。
• 检查header类型匹配：模板创建时，header必须定义为document类型，若实际是text或image类型，会触发类似找不到模板的错误。
• 测试语言代码替换：尝试将语言代码换成en_US，部分地区模板默认支持的是美式英语而非英式英语。
