Quarto PDF渲染时number-offset YAML选项无效问题求助

问题现状 #

在Quarto 1.3.450版本中，配置PDF格式的number-offset参数（不管是-1这类负数还是正数偏移）都无法生效，但相同配置在HTML输出中正常工作。即使之前有资料称该问题会在Quarto 1.3版本修复，实际测试仍未解决，且不想更换RStudio捆绑的Pandoc版本（当前为3.1.1）。

替代解决方案 #

由于PDF渲染依赖LaTeX，直接通过LaTeX命令手动调整章节计数器即可实现编号偏移，无需依赖Quarto的number-offset参数：

• 一级标题从0开始：在PDF格式的include-in-header中添加\setcounter{section}{-1}——LaTeX默认section计数器从1开始，设置为-1后，第一个section会自动变为0。
• 正数偏移（比如偏移2）：如果需要第一个一级标题从2开始，设置\setcounter{section}{1}即可。

渲染PDF后：

• 第一个一级标题显示为0 INTRO，二级标题为0.1 Quarto
• 第二个一级标题显示为1 SPECIFIC STUFF，二级标题为1.1 Running Code
• 目录中的编号也会同步对应调整

多级标题偏移说明 #

如果需要调整二级及以下标题的编号，只需对应修改LaTeX的计数器：

• 二级标题：\setcounter{subsection}{N}（N为初始值，比如-1让第一个二级标题从0开始）
• 三级标题：\setcounter{subsubsection}{N}
