MAUI中绑定PropertyChanged事件后Label.Text无法正常显示

你给Label绑定的是PropertyChanged事件（这是BindableObject的通用属性变化事件），当设置selectcategory_label.Text = "Books"时会触发该事件，此时UI线程正在处理Label的文本更新，但你的事件处理方法直接修改了其他控件（submit_button）的属性，且没有限制只处理Text属性的变化，这打乱了UI渲染的正常流程，导致Label的文本更新无法在界面上显示。

另外，当前逻辑仅监听了Label的属性变化，忽略了标题（Entry）和描述（Editor）的文本变化，会导致按钮状态更新不及时。

修复方案 #

方案1：使用TextChanged事件替代PropertyChanged（推荐）

Label提供了专门监听文本变化的TextChanged事件，比通用的PropertyChanged更精准，不会被其他属性变化干扰：

1. 修改XAML中的Label定义：
