需求说明 #

• 仅排除matchingHistory数组中存在**同时满足color=red、shape=square、size=large**对象的文档
• 保留以下两类文档：
  • matchingHistory字段不存在的文档
  • matchingHistory为空数组的文档
• 查询时自动忽略数组元素中的_id和updatedAt字段

2. $not：对$elemMatch的结果取反，直接排除所有存在目标元素的文档
3. 自动保留符合要求的文档：
   • 若matchingHistory字段不存在，$not会返回true，文档被保留
   • 若matchingHistory为空数组，没有元素能满足$elemMatch，$not返回true，文档被保留
