给userId参数添加@NotBlank校验注解，同时确保项目引入了Spring Validation依赖（比如spring-boot-starter-validation）。这样无论哪种HTTP方法，只要userId为空或空白字符串，Spring会自动触发校验并抛出异常，你可以通过全局异常处理器统一返回400状态码。
