如何删除文件名包含.txt文件中指定file_id的文件

我在外接SSD的一个文件夹中有2000多个文件，同文件夹内还有一个.txt文件，其中包含特定的文件名片段；文件命名格式为“file_title-file_id.json”，而.txt文件中包含近2000个此类“file_id”。我需要删除该文件夹中所有文件名包含.txt文件内所列“file_id”的文件。我基本没有脚本编写经验，网上找到的所有“解决方案”似乎都不起作用，比如：
