Android Studio中ViewModel数据绑定失效，详情页内容无法加载

1. DataBinding未绑定LifecycleOwner #

DataBinding需要关联页面的生命周期才能自动监听LiveData的变化，否则LiveData更新后布局不会同步刷新。
