已尝试安装cmake、更新pip/setuptools/wheel，问题仍存在。

解决步骤 #

1. 手动安装适配当前Python版本的numpy #

从日志看，pip尝试安装的numpy 1.21.2与你的Python版本不兼容，先装对应版本的numpy：

• 先确认Python版本：python --version
• 安装兼容的numpy：
  • 若Python是3.11+，执行pip install numpy>=1.23.0
  • 若Python是3.10，执行pip install numpy>=1.21.6
• 安装完成后再执行pip install opencv-python

2. 指定安装兼容的opencv-python版本 #

如果当前Python版本较新（如3.11/3.12），最新版opencv-python的依赖可能不匹配，试试安装旧版本：

pip install opencv-python==4.5.5.62

该版本对Python 3.10+兼容性较好，且提供预编译wheel，无需编译。

3. 补充系统编译依赖（若仍需编译） #

如果必须从源码编译，需安装系统级编译工具：

• Linux（Ubuntu/Debian）：

  sudo apt-get update && sudo apt-get install gcc g++ python3-dev
  

• macOS：

  xcode-select --install
  

• Windows：
  安装Visual Studio Build Tools，勾选「Desktop development with C++」组件，确保安装了MSVC编译器和Windows SDK。

4. 使用conda安装（可选） #

若可以使用conda管理虚拟环境，conda会自动处理依赖匹配：
