问题根源是Apple Silicon设备上Homebrew默认将OpenSSL安装在/opt/homebrew/opt/openssl@3，但链接器默认查找/usr/local/opt/openssl路径，且pkg-config未正确指向目标版本。可尝试以下方案：

1. 直接指定OpenSSL实际路径
   替换原有环境变量设置，明确指向brew安装的openssl@3路径：

   export CGO_CFLAGS="-I/opt/homebrew/opt/openssl@3/include"
   export CGO_LDFLAGS="-L/opt/homebrew/opt/openssl@3/lib -lssl -lcrypto"
   

   设置完成后重新编译TDLib。

2. 让pkg-config正确识别openssl@3
   先配置pkg-config的查找路径，再重新设置CGO变量：
