如何在ggplot图例中固定Control组为首位并指定对应颜色？

我有一套可用于多数据集的代码，所有数据集均包含两组，其中一组固定为“Control”，另一组随数据集变化。绘图时希望Control组在图例中始终排第一且为黑色，另一组排第二为橙色。虽尝试对分组进行因子化，但仅当Control按字母序靠前时才会排在首位；因第二组名称不固定无法显式指定因子水平，现有因子化方法看似生效，但图例仍按字母序排序。请问如何实现需求？是否因子化方式有误？

问题核心是你只对samples数据框做了因子化，但绘图用的是df数据框，ggplot完全基于df里的Condition列生成图例，所以必须确保df$Condition是正确排序的因子。

可以按以下步骤修改：

• 动态提取非Control组的名称：不管第二组叫什么，通过筛选获取除"Control"外的唯一组名
• 对df$Condition做因子化，指定水平顺序为c("Control", 非Control组名)
• 保持颜色顺序和因子水平对应
