解决办法： #

1. 修正ResourceId格式错误 #

你的ResourceId末尾多了/Metrics后缀，这是核心问题。正确的App Service Plan资源ID格式应为：

/subscriptions/$($subscriptionId)/resourceGroups/$($resourceGroup)/providers/Microsoft.Web/serverfarms/$($appServicePlanName)

Get-AzMetric会自动针对目标资源查询指标，无需手动添加/Metrics。

2. 验证指标名称的正确性 #

虽然“CPU Percentage”是合法指标名，但可先执行以下命令确认该资源支持的所有指标，避免拼写或格式偏差：
